South-Central Virginia is one of the most rich areas for Civil War History.  Take a personal tour of Civil War historic sites around Lynchburg. Upon arrival you’ll receive your own CD complete with map and narration so that you can tour at your leisure. One or two night packages are available. Some of the sites visited are: Historic Sandusky, Quaker Meeting House, Fort Early, and three cemeteries; Old City Cemetery, Spring Hill Cemetery, and Presbyterian Cemetery , where many Civil War soldiers are buried.
