AIRPORT OR TRAIN STATION TRANSPORTATION
The Kirkley Hotel has a shuttle service which can either pick you up or drop you off at the airport or train station. To make a reservation for the shuttle, dial ‘0’ on your room phone to reach the front desk.
BUSINESS CENTER
Our business center is located in the lobby. For additional services such as photocopying and fax services, reach out to any Guest Service Agent at the front desk.
CONCIERGE
Any one of our knowledgeable Guest Service Agents should be able to provide you with the information you need.
DENTIST
For a list of local dentists, dial ‘0’ on your room phone to reach the front desk.
DOCTOR
For a list of local doctors, dial ‘0’ on your room phone to reach the front desk.
FITNESS CENTER
Our fitness center is located next to the swimming pool just off the lobby. The Fitness Center is open from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
FORGOTTEN AN ITEM?
Dial ‘0’ on your room phone to connect with the front desk. We will happily provide it if we have it. We do charge a nominal fee for some items.
GREAT ROOM RESTAURANT
A brand new restaurant is coming soon to the Kirkley Hotel! The Great Room is now closed, but we’re excited to bring a fresh style and entirely new menu to all of our patrons here in Lynchburg! Our restaurant area is now closed while under renovation. Please contact us with any questions.
HOUSEKEEPING
Our housekeeping staff is scheduled to service your guest room once daily. Should you require service at a specific time during your stay, dial ‘0’ on your phone to reach the front desk. They will be able to take your request.
ICE
Ice machines are located in the vending room in the lobby (go right when exiting the elevator)
IN-ROOM DINING
We do not offer delivery for in-room dining. You are welcome to call the dining room to place an order, but you will need to collect it from the dining room.
INTERNET ACCESS
Find the ‘kirkley’ network and connect for free.
IRON AND IRONING BOARD
An iron and ironing board are located in the closet of your guest room. For your safety, make sure you unplug the iron when finished.
LAUNDRY/DRY CLEANING
For collection of laundry or dry cleaning, contact our front desk by dialing ‘0’ on your room phone.
LUGGAGE ASSISTANCE
To request assistance with your luggage, dial ‘0’ on your room phone. The front desk will alert the bell staff for you.
Outgoing mail with the appropriate postage may be left at the front desk. Incoming mail and packages are delivered directly to guestrooms upon receipt. Should an item arrive at the hotel before you, a note is put in your file and the item is held by the hotel until you arrive.

SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool is open from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily.
VENDING ROOM
The vending machines, including snacks, soft drinks, and ice, are found in the lobby.
WAKE-UP CALL
An alarm clock is available in your guest room. Dial ‘0’ on your room phone if you would like the front desk to set a wake up call for you.
